Al Azhar 46 Islamic Primary School in Grand Depok City (GDC) is one of the top schools in Depok. It is committed to producing a generation of intelligent, morally upright, and compassionate individuals.
The 2024/2025 academic year, which began in July, concluded successfully on December 21st, 2024. We are proud of our student’s achievements last year and hope to continue improving the quality of our education to achieve our goals.

We aim to become an excellent school that shapes the future generation and provides a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable learning environment for all students.
Improving the quality of education can be done in various ways, one of which is by striving to understand how students comprehend and process the knowledge imparted to them. Therefore, teachers in schools need to recognize students as valuable national assets, ensuring that schools do not neglect their role in providing a comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment.
ADIWIYATA SCHOOL
We created the Adiwiyata School concept in an effort to increase environmental awareness and develop a culture of environmental care. Adiwiyata School cares about the environment and is committed to developing a culture of environmental care among students, teachers, and the surrounding community.
By becoming an Adiwiyata School, we want to create a future generation that is intelligent, environmentally conscious, and has a vision to become a good leader.
GREENING THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
One way to achieve this is by greening the school environment through the planting of various plants. Plants can increase students’ interest and learning processes.
Furthermore, to create a more vibrant school atmosphere, ALGRANDE utilizes available land for an aquatic ecosystem that adapts to the school environment. By doing so, it leverages technology related to water resource management, such as a fish pond equipped with a mini waterfall and a gazebo.
With all these efforts, we want to create a school environment that is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for all students and develop a strong community culture of environmental care.
